Responsibilities
Learn and apply a structured development and engagement system, with onboarding and ongoing training provided
Respond to inbound inquiries and guide individuals through an information-based conversation process
Conduct structured interviews and support talent engagement and selection activities
Participate in development and leadership-focused learning to strengthen your own skills
Attend weekly virtual meetings and ongoing professional development sessions via Zoom
Manage your schedule, follow-up, and daily activities independently in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in engagement, training, learning & development, or people-focused roles
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, independent learners with an interest in developing digital engagement skills and a strong alignment with personal growth, leadership, and helping others succeed
Self-directed, organized professionals who work well independently and collaboratively
A genuine interest in personal growth, leadership development, and supporting others
