Responsibilities

Inspect products for conformity to company, API, and customer standards or specifications
Mark products for identification
Fill out the Daily Shipping and Receiving Inspection Report
Follow all instructions as delegated by the Quality System
Current knowledge and understanding of all relevant SOP’s
Employee must follow all PPE policies and safety rules
Responsible to cooperate with all departments and customer personnel to ensure that products meet the required standards as set forth by the Quality System
Ensure that all inspection gauges and instruments conform to proper standards
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and keep it free and clear of debris
Other duties as assigned
Has the authority to stop delivery of material if the material does not conform to the required standards

Qualification

Attention to detailBasic arithmetic skillsBasic computer skillsHigh school diplomaFlexible schedule

Required

High school diploma or equivalent GED
Basic Arithmetic skills in order to learn the measurements requirements
Visibility of work requires attention to detail and basic computer skills
Employee must be able to work with a flexible or rotating schedule which may require over-time when needed
