Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 customer service support to employees and leaders related to Payroll, Benefits, Integrated Absence, Employee Health and Safety, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Data Management, HRIS and Learning and Performance
Serve as the 'front Door' to enhance the employee experience with navigating Employee Self Service resources, connecting with external service providers, understanding HR Policies and Procedures, and providing general assistance with basic day-to-day employee HR needs
Responsible for development and growth of HRSC operations and service delivery including building and managing the support team
Ensure exceptional service delivery of Tier 0 and Tier 1 customer service within a complex organizational structure
Balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, including motivating a team, driving service improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally amongst all COEs to identify opportunities and resolve issues that meet and exceed customer expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required
5 years of experience in a customer facing and service related role required
5 years of experience in supervisory capacity required
Use of HR technology including but not limited to HCM system, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, use of email, telephone and intranet required
Customer service driven, good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and conflict management skills required
Must be organized and able to multi-task required
Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule to accommodate multiple shifts. Example 7 am - 4 pm or 11 am - 7 pm required

Preferred

3 years of experience in Human Resources related field preferred
