Responsibilities
Be the Face of the Organization: Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of members, addressing their questions, managing their accounts, and providing clear guidance on our services
Build Lasting Connections: Deepen relationships by understanding members' personal goals, educating them on the best solutions for their needs, and identifying ways to improve their overall experience
Provide Seamless Support: Conduct high-quality interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring every member has a smooth and positive journey
Master Modern Tools: Navigate and utilize various internal systems and digital tools to efficiently resolve requests and keep member information up to date
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in a client-facing or service-oriented role (such as hospitality, retail, or account coordination) with a proven track record of building great relationships
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex information in a way that is simple, clear, and confident
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on the details
Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously
