Responsibilities
Answering back-to-back calls, to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to members and providers
Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims payment and authorizations
Assist members in gaining access to care by locating a network dentist or assignment to a primary care dentist
Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
You must reside in IA, CO, WA or OR to be considered for this role
2 years of proven Call Center experience in high volume settings
1 year of Healthcare, Medical, or Health Insurance experience required
Basic computer knowledge and ability to resolve basic IT issues without assistance
Preferred
English + Spanish or Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred
Medical/Dental terminology knowledge experience
Medicare/Medicaid knowledge
Claims/Billing and coding experience
Experience with Cisco phone system a plus
