Responsibilities
As a CSR, you will act as a vital link between members and dental providers
Key duties include resolving coordination of benefits (COB) inquiries and educating callers on eligibility, claims, and authorizations
You will analyze patient activity—including enrollment and third-party liability—to provide accurate coverage details
This role requires professional communication across phone, email, and chat, with a focus on resolving complex claim issues like stop payments and voids
Precise documentation and the ability to meet production goals are essential
Qualification
Required
2+ years in high-volume call centers
1 year of Health Insurance experience
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software independently
Residents of the West Coast, CO, or IA only
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Knowledge of Medical/Dental terminology or Medicare/Medicaid
Experience with Billing, Coding, or Cisco phone systems
bilingual Advantage: Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred and eligible for a pay premium ($18.50/hr)
