Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeping Clerk
KeyStaff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with light Bookkeeping experience to join their team. This role combines administrative support with basic accounting responsibilities, ideal for someone organized and proactive.
Human Resources
Responsibilities
Create and manage invoices and estimates
Perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Maintain accurate filing systems and customer records
Assist customers and manage customer files professionally
Order and maintain office supplies
Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and team
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administrative role with light bookkeeping duties
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
Strong understanding of invoicing, AR, and AP
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and stay productive
Positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn
