Responsibilities
Identify and assess prospects within the sales territory, maintaining a steady pipeline to achieve sales targets
Expedite prospects through the sales cycle by delivering exceptional sales and customer service experiences
Maintain up-to-date records in sales and client databases
Stay abreast of recent market trends and developments through participation in local and industry meetings
Engage in negotiations with prospective and current clients to finalize sales agreements
Qualification
Required
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven track record in outside sales, with a strong emphasis on generating new business
Existing network in the San Francisco Bay Area corporate market is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with adept presentation abilities
Familiarity with the corporate environment and ability to identify key decision-makers
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Ability to navigate and adopt general computer knowledge, with relevant tools and platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
At least 5 years of related experience required
