PrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will perform a variety of clerical functions, manage calendars, and provide support for multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Managing calendars
Answering phone calls
Providing information and taking dictation
Composing memos, transcribed notes and research/create presentations
Generating reports using various MS office applications
Providing support for multiple projects
Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
Dealing with queries from the public and customers
Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
General administrative and clerical support
Preparing letters and documents
Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
Scheduling appointments
Organizing conference and meeting room bookings
Maintaining appointment diary either manually or electronically
Coordinating meetings and organizing catering
Tidying and maintaining the office
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High School Degree
Skills on MS office suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
Must type at least 60 WPM
Professional personal presentation

Organizing, planning & scheduling
