The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition, while providing high levels of customer service and completing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy by making any necessary repairs
Complete work orders in occupied homes while providing fast, friendly service
Follow preventive maintenance guidelines
Maintain property grounds
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
Team work to achieve property goals
Follow safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
Excellent customer service skills
Facilities maintenance experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Time management skills with the ability to multitask
Problem-solving skills
Goal-oriented and a strong team player
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be available after hours and weekends for on-call responsibilities (rotated schedule)

Facilities Maintenance Background
EPA certification
CPO and/or experience with pools
