Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile supplies
Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field throughout procedures
Assist surgeons during Orthopedic and Neuro Spine surgeries
Support patient safety, positioning, and equipment setup
Ensure smooth OR workflow and turnover

Qualification

Surgical Technologist programBCLS certificationOrthopedics experienceNeuro Spine experienceCST certificationSterile field managementOn-call participation

Required

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
BCLS required
1+ year experience in Ortho, Neuro Spine, or related surgical specialties
Ability to participate in on-call (1 day/week + every 4th weekend)
