Facilities Coordinator
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage various facility-related requests and support office operations. The role involves monitoring work orders, assisting with office moves, and ensuring a professional environment while providing excellent customer service.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Work order monitoring via ServiceNow
Lending support to other business units
Resolving facility requests such as light bulb replacements, plumbing issues, HVAC issues, etc
Assist with office moves
Inventory monitoring and order support
Qualification
Required
Requires high school diploma or GED
1-2 years of related work experience
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Good customer service skills
Good organization skills
Versatile, dexterous and able to operate hand tools
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work as a team or individually
Preferred
Some related custodial, maintenance and office experience
May require a valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy
