Sales Administrator
Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Sales Administrator to support sales and buying group operations within the flooring industry. This role involves managing administrative processes, CRM data, reporting, and member coordination to ensure sales programs and communications are executed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Serve as the central administrative liaison between group members and suppliers
Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate group and member data
Provide scheduling, materials, and follow-up support for quarterly meetings
Analyze purchasing trends and deliver summary reports to leadership
Share timely updates on inventory, programs, and promotions with stakeholders
Support pricing initiatives and group programs under management direction
Monitor compliance with established agreements and participation requirements
Assist with onboarding by introducing offerings, setting up accounts, and guiding new members
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles
High school diploma or GED required
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Prior exposure to flooring, building materials, or manufacturing environments
