Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms
Own accounts receivable tracking and collections follow-ups
Partner with customers to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
Maintain clear contract-to-invoice documentation
Reconcile invoiced revenue to cash receipts and accounting records
Identify and escalate risks related to delayed billing or collections
Execute concierge claims billing from submission through payment
Track claim status, aging, and denials
Follow up with payers and partners as needed
Maintain clear documentation of claims billed versus cash received
Surface recurring issues or delays and escalate trends to leadership
Calculate monthly sales commissions based on approved compensation plans
Maintain commission inputs and supporting documentation
Prepare commission summaries for internal review
Reconcile commissions to underlying revenue activity
Coordinate commission payout inputs with payroll providers
Support revenue review activities prior to month-end close
Partner with external accounting firms to ensure accurate revenue close
Reconcile revenue-related accounts
Maintain documentation to support reporting and audits
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or accounting operations
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Comfortable owning execution independently
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills / ability and willingness to leverage AI agents
Clear, professional communication skills
Experience working with outsourced accounting or payroll partners
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, healthcare, NEMT, or other complex billing environments
Accounting or finance degree helpful; CPA not required
