Enterprise Desktop Administrator
North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) is seeking a Long-term Temporary Enterprise Desktop Administrator to help improve the lives of North Dakota citizens through customer service. The role involves monitoring and resolving incidents, providing support for computer hardware, and managing asset inventory.

Responsibilities
Monitor, coordinate and resolve incidents and/or changes requested by customers and internal staff
Provide remote and on-site support for computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, scanners, and other peripherals
Provide provisioning of devices for several state agencies
Manage asset inventory throughout a device's lifecycle, including surplus of equipment. Identify, document, and clearly articulate operational functions and work with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities
Provide quality customer service in a work environment with a continuous workload
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in computer science or closely related field, or a high school diploma and two years of current and progressive IT technical related work experience
