Responsibilities
Train, review, and validate AI models using real-world scenarios in corporate and commercial law
Draft, review, and annotate commercial contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, partnership agreements, licensing contracts, and vendor agreements to improve AI understanding of legal language and structure
Translate complex corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks into structured inputs for AI systems
Identify, categorize, and explain legal risks in business operations to enhance AI risk assessment capabilities
Provide expert insights on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, shareholder matters, and due diligence to enrich AI training data
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and legal professionals to refine and test AI model performance
Document feedback and ensure high-quality outputs through clear written and verbal communication
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of professional experience practicing as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer
Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk assessment within a business law context
Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance requirements, and organizational structures
Ability to translate legal risk assessments into practical business and AI training guidance
Experience advising on transaction structures, commercial decisions, and regulatory matters in domestic and international contexts
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in legal research and analysis, with the ability to adapt legal content for technical audiences
