Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends in recruitment metrics and job market data
Build interactive dashboards with Tableau or Power BI for stakeholder reporting and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize candidate matching and placement strategies
Conduct data quality checks and generate actionable insights for ed-tech and recruitment campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis; freshers with strong projects/internships encouraged to apply
Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel; experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively
US work authorization preferred; H1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates
