Responsibilities
Perform hands-on analysis of failed electronic assemblies at the board level, documenting findings and providing clear feedback to manufacturing, quality, and engineering stakeholders
Follow established processes while adapting to varying conditions, workloads, and shift requirements in a fast-paced production environment
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1–3 years of related experience with electronic analysis, troubleshooting, or repair
RF (Radio Frequency) knowledge with experience supporting communication or electronic devices
Hands-on experience operating and setting up electronic test equipment including signal generators, modulation and audio analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes
Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to document failures, record data, and clearly explain diagnoses and corrective actions
