Responsibilities
Lead and support wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive filings
Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, managers, and corporate representatives
Prepare mediation and arbitration briefs and settlement strategies
Participate directly in arbitrations, mediations, and trial proceedings
Address matters involving FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims
Work with damages experts and investigators to build strong liability cases
Engage in client counseling and litigation strategy with senior attorneys
Contribute to case leadership and junior team mentorship as you advance
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of focused Employment Law Attorney or labor & employment litigation experience
Strong background in wage & hour or class action litigation
Experience with arbitration, mediation, or trial proceedings
Active California Bar required
Excellent legal writing and motion practice skills
Ability to independently manage multiple cases
Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
Preferred
Experience with PAGA claims
Deposition and courtroom experience
Background representing plaintiffs in employment disputes
Interest in leadership and long-term career growth within a litigation practice
