Responsibilities
Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, CM
Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the systems development lifecycle
Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud functionality
Identify and resolve functionality gaps with tailored solutions
Advise stakeholders on process impacts, risks, and configuration options
Configure Oracle Cloud Applications and document setup details
Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and external vendors
Drive documentation of business processes and functional requirements
Strategize deployment of modules, features, and reporting capabilities
Define and execute testing scenarios and scripts
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training
Coordinate with teams on reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions
Provide regular status updates and issue reports to project leadership
Share best practices to enhance implementation methodology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS Financials implementation experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials
Expertise in GL is mandatory
Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle: preview, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing
Strong documentation and testing skills
Preferred
Experience in AR, AP, FA, CM, SLA, and Tax is preferred
CPA, CA, or MBA in Finance is a plus
Experience in production support is an advantage
