The Advisor will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Deliver the OLIVE YOUNG experience through exceptional service to each customer and inspire confidence and promote well-being by serving as a trusted advisor for the team and customers by offering expert-level consultations through in-depth product knowledge tailored to each customer’s needs, preferences, and goals
Be the expert for OLIVE YOUNG’s exclusive skin and scalp scanning services, assisting customers through diagnostic devices and recommending suitable products based on the results
Work in a fast-paced environment, proactively assist multiple customers at the same time, drive sales, and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Enthusiastically share new launches, promotions, and loyalty programs to all our customers. Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
Build customer loyalty and satisfaction by introducing customers to OLIVE YOUNG’s membership program, proactively introduce customers to new launches, promotions, and loyalty benefits
Maintain a clean, welcoming, premium store environment that reflects the OLIVE YOUNG brand. Take pride in keeping the store environment looking its best
Support inventory management procedures, shipment handling, restocking, merchandising updates, and tester management with precision and attention to detail. Check product expiration dates and packaging condition regularly to guarantee the highest product quality for customers
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures to protect the company’s assets
Teamwork with peers and leaders is essential to create an energetic, inclusive, high-performing team environment
Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of product innovation, trends, and techniques to share insights and support teammates’ growth
Be trusted with sensitive or confidential information and embody OLIVE YOUNG’s values of curiosity, inclusivity, and empowerment in all interactions — with customers, teammates, and the community
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in a retail environment (preferably beauty or wellness) or customer-facing roles
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
Advanced knowledge of beauty, skincare, or wellness products and trends
Exceptional communication and consultation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and customer experience goals
Comfortable using technology (e.g., POS systems, tablets) to support customer service and sales
Preferred
Experience in performing makeup applications, skincare consultations, or product demonstrations
Bilingual in Korean and/or Spanish
