Responsibilities
Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate project-related activities, such as meetings, conference calls, and project reviews
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and other stakeholders
Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide regular reports on financial status
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as project charters, work plans, and status reports
Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues
Liaise with project team members and stakeholders to ensure that all project-related tasks are completed on time and within budget
Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed
Provide general administrative support to project teams, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering
Some experience in project coordination or a related field, with a basic understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Basic knowledge of project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
