Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of work and materials within or between Work Centers
Provide status updates on backorder parts required for production
Participate in daily shortage meetings with planning and production teams
Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, and Support departments to expedite parts
Ensure protection of products awaiting shipping by following packaging instructions
Prepare and process shipping documentation in accordance with supplier and customer requirements

Qualification

Logistics managementSupply chain managementData entryAdministrative supportCommunication skills

Required

Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in logistics, inventory, and supply chain management

Preferred

Experience with administrative support and data entry
Familiarity with production and procurement processes
