Responsibilities
HR Assistant will be helping with recruiting. They will be reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, scheduling/sending drug and background tests
HR Assistant will work directly with HR Manager to assist with FLMA some employee relations
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and report candidate updates on onboarding and compliance
Provide administrative support for other related tasks like scheduling internal meetings and assisting with internal employee events, etc
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
At least 2 years of experience working in HR related field
Excellent communication skills when working with internal employees and external parties
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Microsoft Office knowledge (primarily Outlook and Excel)
Preferred
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HR field highly preferred
