Responsibilities
Partner with clients to design and deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions
Translate business problems into scalable ML architectures and implementations
Build and deploy ML models using well-structured SQL and cloud data platforms, including Snowflake
Design and manage feature pipelines and data transformations for ML use cases
Work with semantic layers and analytics models to ensure consistent metrics and feature definitions
Productionize models with a focus on reliability, monitoring, and performance
Collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and client stakeholders
Lead technical discussions, present recommendations, and act as a trusted ML advisor
Contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and reusable ML frameworks

Required
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S
3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist, or similar role
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
Solid hands-on experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses
Advanced SQL skills for data preparation, feature engineering, and analysis
Experience working with or alongside semantic layers to support consistent metrics and features
Understanding of the full ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, monitoring
Experience working in a client-facing, consulting, or stakeholder-heavy environment
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience in a data consultancy or professional services environment
Familiarity with ML tooling and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Exposure to MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, feature stores)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading ML workstreams
