Responsibilities
Strengthen communication channels across business units and ensure consistent, clear messaging between project teams and the organization
Manage and organize project documentation, including communications, data repositories, and business metrics
Support financial and business oversight through reviewing contracts, cost proposals, and contract amendments
Create and maintain project structures, including project frameworks and work breakdown structures that guide execution
Develop and document key business processes to promote efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Track and manage budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial controls align with project expectations
Anticipate budget risks through proactive analysis and recommend practical solutions to keep initiatives on track
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business management economics finance accounting or relevant field required
2-4 years experience required
Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage ones time
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation and production methods
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel Enterprise Application experience a plus
