Qualification
Required
Strong experience contributing to open-source projects with a consistent, high-quality contribution record
Strong experience with one or more programming languages including Python, Java, C, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Strong familiarity with widely used libraries, frameworks, and development tools
Strong understanding of software architecture, performance tuning, and scalable design patterns
Strong experience using Git, CI/CD systems, and open-source collaboration workflows
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in distributed, asynchronous teams
