Responsibilities
Manage the company's full training and development budget, including forecasting and tracking
Handle core HR responsibilities such as FMLA, ADA, STD compliance, and employee relations
Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
Partner with an HR Coordinator to manage scheduling and candidate onboarding for new hires and agency workers
Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding process
Maintain HR documentation and support policy interpretation
Assist leaders with HR best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in a higher‑level or generalist/manager capacity
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced Excel skills, including handling complex spreadsheets, formulas, and high‑volume reporting
Preferred
Experience in performance management, employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS
Knowledge of human resource policies and talent management
Proficiency in benefits administration and FMLA
