Administrative Assistant Bilingual: Armenian & English & Spanish
Talent Bridge Armenia is hiring a remote Administrative Assistant to support a U.S.-based legal practice. The role involves assisting case managers and clients by ensuring legal files are accurate and maintaining communication throughout the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Make initial contact with new clients and maintain regular communication
Gather intake information and documentation from clients
Verify insurance coverage and liability details
Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for clients
Manage clients’ treatment process by maintaining contact with providers
Maintain up-to-date and organized medical records and case files
Input and update case information in our legal case management system
Review medical records as received and inform attorney of important updates
Maintain calendars and provide administrative support to the legal team
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both English and Spanish and Armenian (spoken and written)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with administrative work; legal support experience is a plus
Comfort working with sensitive or confidential information
