Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Process customer orders, changes, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, sales, and quality teams to resolve customer issues
Communicate order status, lead times, delays, and delivery updates to customers
Address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and documentation in ERP/CRM systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and internal processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment
Experience supporting B2B customers
Familiarity with order‑to‑cash or supply chain processes
