BCG Attorney Search is seeking a 3–5 year Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded litigation practice in New York. The role involves representing clients in securities litigation defense, supporting white collar investigations, and engaging in complex civil disputes for public companies and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in securities litigation defense and complex civil disputes
Defend public companies, executives, and financial institutions in high-stakes matters
Support and lead white collar investigations and government enforcement proceedings
Prepare motions, briefs, discovery, and dispositive filings
Participate in witness preparation, depositions, and hearings
Assist with internal investigations and regulatory inquiries
Handle appellate strategy and briefing where applicable
Coordinate multi-jurisdictional and global representations
Engage in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
Work directly with partners and clients on case development and litigation strategy
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience as a Securities Litigation Attorney, White Collar Defense Attorney, or complex commercial litigator
Admission to practice in New York (NY Bar required)
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience managing sophisticated litigation matters
Strong academic credentials
Preferred
Experience at an elite or large law firm
Judicial clerkship experience
Exposure to government or regulatory investigations
Experience handling appeals or arbitration matters
