Next World is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence across the United States. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing relationships with key decision-makers to accelerate revenue growth in the VR enterprise space.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
Partner with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of business development or sales experience in XR/VR space
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market accounts
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
