Responsibilities
Execute advanced valuation analyses including DCF with full WACC build, trading comparables, and precedent transactions
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models such as integrated three-statement models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts
Develop and refine deal models including base LBOs, merger models, and accretion dilution analyses
Construct industry-specific and situation-specific models including sale leasebacks, REIT conversions, and NAV frameworks
Support bespoke transaction analysis including spin-offs, carve-outs, IP licensing structures, and RMT transactions
Lead advanced due diligence work across verticals, including unit economics, cohort analysis, and specialized financial reviews
Communicate insights, assumptions, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders through structured written and verbal outputs
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in investment banking or private equity at tier one US banks or equivalent buy-side roles
Deep expertise in valuation methodologies and complex financial modeling
Proven ability to build, stress-test, and interpret deal and industry-specific models
Strong experience executing bespoke and advanced transaction analyses
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to perform under tight deadlines
Comfortable working independently in remote, high-performance environments
