Sales Service Representative

Responsibilities
Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring customer requirements are met
Resolve customer issues, including pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments
Address complaints at authorized levels and document when a complaint is considered resolved
Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers
Manage inside sales for the transactional segment of customers at list/approved prices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems
Strong customer service skills
Business acumen in commercial and supply chain processes
Aptitude for digital and technology troubleshooting
Experience in a customer-facing sales service support role in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, or Logistics
High School Diploma or GED with eight years of relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), and Visio
