The role involves supporting the Treasury Management Officer in various tasks related to onboarding new banking services, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring effective communication within the department.

Responsibilities
Work directly with frontline Business Bankers to support sales, onboarding and implementation of new treasury customers, and to assist them in troubleshooting existing treasury customer issues to resolution
Work with back-office Information Systems and Operations to coordinate installation and configuration of treasury services
Assist the Treasury Manager Officer in training Bank employees on the company's treasury products and services
Monitor treasury customer activity and perform reviews of risk and activity
Work closely with Treasury Management Officer and Business Bankers to ensure proper alignment of strategies and credit capacity for all Treasury Services products
Work on online banking platform support including mobile banking and merchant capture, password resets, callback of setups, troubleshooting issues to resolution, and ordering scanners
Stay informed regarding changes in treasury products and services and related legal and regulatory requirements
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Bank personnel and with management
Assist management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services
Work with Treasury Management Officer to coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing
Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of financial services, preferably in the areas of Business/Commercial Banking or Treasury Management
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and superior analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of banking payment system regulations, transaction processing and corporate treasury functions
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations. Strategic thinking skills
Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties
