This role is responsible for delivery execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication with PGCPS leadership, including executive and Board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end program leadership for the ERP modernization initiative
Own project governance, scope, schedule, and risk management
Manage vendor staffing using a ramp-up / ramp-down model as required by PGCPS
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports
Coordinate closely with the PGCPS ERP Project Manager
Lead executive and Board-level briefings as needed
Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and public-sector delivery standards
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the US required
Three references required
10+ years of ERP program or project management experience
Demonstrated leadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
Public-sector ERP modernization experience
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs
Preferred
US Citizenship preferred
Applicants residing in the DMV area preferred as the client is located in Maryland
