Program Manager II, Supply and Demand Planning, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Manage material supply, including inventory, to meet existing and new product demand requirements to meet business objectives, coordinating with Demand Planning on changes to demand which impacts delivery of key components as demand needs fluctuate
Proactive communication of sustaining and new product material plans and status to internal customers. Coordinate and align product transition planning requirements across teams
Identify and quickly solve supply chain gaps and inefficiencies. Clearly document process solutions and requirements. Define and manage clear business metrics and goals to manage supply chain performance
Leverage Market intelligence and Statistical inputs towards driving continued, sustained improvements of inventory models and supply chain buffers
Develop short and long term supply models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels, develop and justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or sales and operations planning
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis etc.) and spreadsheet modeling
Preferred
Supply Chain Certification in APICS or similar
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in supply chain operations or planning within the technical industry
Experience in Analytics/SQL/BigQuery
Experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes with the knowledge of sales and operations planning processes
Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) systems and tools
