Responsibilities
Work face-to-face with customers while gaining product knowledge and learning company systems and processes
Gain hands-on experience with products, including shipping and receiving materials
Develop daily operational and leadership skills to prepare for a future Branch leadership role
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the sales team
Provide accurate pricing and inventory information
Support business development and prospecting activities
Participate in fast-track training for outside sales with responsibility for a designated territory
Learn to manage customer needs, response times, on-site solutions, and complete delivery processes
Support sales functions for both existing and prospective customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy, Management, Media Studies, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Public Relations, or Management Consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to make informed and timely decisions
Effective time management and task prioritization skills
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage unexpected challenges
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems
Ability to understand and manage budgets, financial statements, and cost analysis
Strong customer focus with a commitment to service excellence
Minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
