Mid LevelPIP Global Safety is a leader in global safety and a manufacturer of PPE products. They are seeking an Inventory Planning Manager to analyze inventory levels, manage orders, and prepare reports to ensure alignment with sales and growth goals.

Responsibilities
Analyze inventory levels to identify if goods need to be purchased
Balance Inventory needs in a multi-branch, multi-distribution center environment
Ensure inventory levels are in alignment with sales and expected growth goals
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Create and communicate purchase orders to our Domestic and International vendor partners
Coordinate purchase orders with vendor partners and maintain accurate estimated delivery information
Expedite open purchase orders as needed to avoid stock outages
Provide periodic updates to the vendor pricing file in the computer system
Prepare inventory reports that provide an overview of the product line from a vendor
Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement regarding inventory management processes
Update to ERP system related to product details
Collaborate with the product management team related to new and existing products. To include, but not limited to resolve sourcing, pricing, and quality issues
Complete other ad-hoc duties as required

Required
