Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis
Prepare discovery materials and manage case strategy
Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings
Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients
Provide legal counsel under the supervision of experienced litigators
Maintain organized client files and case documentation
Support trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient, client-focused solutions
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in New York
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently
Preferred
Experience with consumer or civil litigation matters
Motion practice and court appearance experience
