Responsibilities
Execute ERP transactions quickly and accurately in a manufacturing environment
Open, close, and manage process orders daily
Perform order, production, and inventory reconciliation every shift
Maintain real‑time shop floor data inputs and reporting
Conduct bin counts and monitor inventory movements
Use RF/handheld scanners for material and production tracking
Review, correct, and validate production data for accuracy and traceability
Track work‑in‑process, raw material flow, and rework
Complete shift‑to‑shift reconciliation across multiple production lines
Assist in developing job aids and supporting continuous improvement
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing or production-support experience (non-negotiable)
Hands-on ERP experience (Aptean preferred but not required)
Experience entering, validating, or reconciling production-related data
Experience performing inventory counts, bin audits, or shop floor reconciliation
Experience using handheld/RF scanners
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Preferred
Excel skills (formulas, functions, formatting)
Order entry or transactional data entry experience
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
