Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrative partner to two senior leaders, providing expert support in calendar planning, meeting execution, and workflow tracking
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, oversee itineraries, and process expenses with accuracy and timeliness
Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring seamless processing of financial transactions and clear reporting
Act as a trusted liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support communication, alignment, and project momentum
Facilitate global team collaboration by assisting with document preparation, reporting, and follow‑up actions
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Lead and support stretch projects, process improvements, and operational efficiencies that elevate team performance

Required

2–4 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting executive‑level leaders
Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously while managing shifting priorities
Experience collaborating across global teams and navigating different time zones
Demonstrated project management capabilities and a desire to continuously learn and grow
Familiarity working with executive leadership (CVP level preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Excellent customer service mindset and relationship‑building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal tools
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
Previous experience within large tech organizations or supporting clients in similar environments
Hands‑on experience with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and distribution list management
