Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and achieve company goals
Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff across various departments
Coordinate daily activities across departments, including HR, sales, and marketing
Manage external partnerships and supplier relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
Proven expertise in process improvement and cross-functional coordination
Strong operational management, customer service, and management skills
Experience in customer support
Proven experience in a senior management or operations role, typically 5–10+ years
Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or a related field
Strong team-building, mentoring, and communication skills
Ability to analyze complex data and financial reports to drive decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and judgment for handling operational issues
