Responsibilities
Own and oversee restaurant operations within assigned territory, providing hands-on leadership and full accountability for performance, people development, and results across all concepts
Lead, hire, train, and develop General Managers and leadership teams, with direct oversight of P&L performance, labor strategy, and financial results across all locations
Manage and support new restaurant openings, including pre-opening planning, staffing, training, and operational execution, with responsibility for opening 3-5 units annually
Establish and lead weekly operational meetings to set priorities, align expectations, and drive accountability
Ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and daily operating standards, service excellence, and brand hospitality expectations across all locations
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, training tools, and location-specific resources to support operational consistency and scalability
Partner with HR for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development initiatives
Oversee operational systems and tools, including POS platforms, leveraging data to identify trends and drive performance improvements
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and workplace standards across the organization
Execute sales and profit plans through labor optimization, cost control, scheduling and payroll oversight, and active participation in budgeting and forecasting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Multi-Unit General Manager, Operations Manager, Service Director, or similar role, experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurants, including oversight of locations generating $10M+ in annual sales
Experience overseeing 5+ restaurant locations simultaneously
Ability to work primarily in-office in NYC, with willingness to travel a minimum of 20%
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor targets, and cost controls to drive profitability
Operationally disciplined with a track record of improving systems, SOPs, and guest experience standards
