Responsibilities
Assist in demand and supply planning activities to ensure accurate forecasts and inventory levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with customer demand
Monitor key metrics to identify potential supply chain risks and propose solutions
Support procurement activities by issuing purchase orders for routine or low-value items
Maintain vendor records and assist with supplier communications
Track order status and resolve minor discrepancies with vendors
Perform data clean-up and maintenance within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency
Standardize item master data, supplier information, and transactional records
Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Qualification
Required
3+ years of strong ERP and purchasing experience
Supply Chain Management
Procurement and Inventory Management
Knowledge of SAP
Preferred
2+ years of Supply Chain experience
Strong ERP knowledge
