Responsibilities

Process complex transactions and reconcilements related to loan or security payments
Provide remittance and correction information to servicers
Monitor and analyze pooled loans to determine compliance and communicate findings to investors
Evaluate servicer performance to ensure adherence to agreements
Participate in system enhancements by attending user groups and testing
Maintain expertise in Collateral, Securities, Default, or Trust Administration
Train junior staff and review their processing and reconciliations
Propose and implement automated solutions as needed
Conduct data entry, accounting, and analyses of pooled loan data using multiple database systems, including Microsoft Excel
Research and interpret legal documents related to collateral or bond payments

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and V Look Up
Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Business analysis and financial analysis skills
Experience in data analysis and finance
At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services, including internships
