New GradErgon Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Co-Op in Flowood, MS. The Project Engineer Co-Op will manage capital and maintenance projects, working closely with Facility Management and Business Unit Operations to guide project planning and execution.

Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing engineering projects, applying classroom knowledge to real-world problems
Help analyze workflows, production methods, or systems to improve efficiency
Prepare reports and present findings to engineering or management teams
Help maintain documentation
Gain exposure to company culture, corporate policies, and industry standards while building technical and professional skills
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3.0 GPA required
Ability to commit to three consecutive semesters in the co-op program
Sophomore or Junior standing in Civil or Mechanical engineering (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel as required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a team-based environment
Preferred
Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
