Responsibilities

Perform high-volume intercompany accounting activities
Support month-end close preparation and related activities
Complete post-close account reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Prepare and post treasury entries
Post cash receipts in a timely and accurate manner
Support audit requests, including gathering documentation and responding to inquiries

Qualification

GL accounting experienceIntercompany accountingDeltek CostpointMicrosoft ExcelGovernment Contracting experienceCognosTreasury experienceCash account reconciliations

Required

3+ years of GL accounting experience with a large government contractor (approximately $200M+ in revenue)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Direct experience with intercompany accounting
Deltek Costpoint experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
Prior experience working within the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry

Preferred

Experience with Cognos
Treasury experience
Cash account reconciliations experience
Comfortable working in an interim contract role
