Responsibilities

Serve as the HR leader, partnering with the CEO and leadership on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development
Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, investigations, compliance, FMLA/ADA/STD, policy interpretation, HRIS, benefits administration, and performance management
Lead and manage company‑wide training and development programs, including budget forecasting, vendor coordination, and reporting
Conduct interviews, support hiring decisions, and collaborate with the HR Coordinator on scheduling, logistics, and onboarding for new hires and agency workers
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO, Affirmative Action) and maintain accurate HR documentation
Produce HR analytics and metrics related to leave management, workforce trends, and reporting requests from leadership and the parent company
Guide and coach leaders on HR best practices, change management, employee engagement, and performance expectations
Support DEI initiatives and participate in cross‑functional committees including Safety, Wellness, and Steering

Required

Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or management capacity
Bachelor's degree required
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR best practices
Demonstrated experience conducting employee relations investigations
Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and high‑volume reporting
Experience with HRIS systems and analytics
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
