Responsibilities
Lead and support collection efforts, tailoring client communication primarily via email
Prepare collections reports, analyze outstanding vs. paid invoices, and develop customized collection strategies for each client
Proactively anticipate upcoming collection needs and adjust outreach accordingly
Conduct monthly meetings to provide summaries and cash flow updates to the CFO
Assist in all aspects of client billing processes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in accounts receivable, aging report management, and billing collections
Proficiency with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
Strong Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Ability to perform detailed invoice analysis and reconciliation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with design leaders and other stakeholders
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Preferred
Experience in billing/collections within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry preferred
